Tactile tiny Acorn Pendant with hand forged Oak Leaf, botanically accurate, sterling silver

I do love oak trees, I’ve grown one from an acorn in the past and am nurturing a couple of seedlings in my garden.

After the very strong winds we had here on the Isle of Wight a week or so ago I noticed so many tiny acorns on the ground.

You don’t normally find small acorns, just the big fully grown ones. So I saved a couple and have made this adorable baby acorn pendant and Oak leaf, exactly like a big one but in a wearable size!

All the details are there and it’s just so dinky!  The acorn is 2.5 cm long and the whole pendant including leaf is 4.5 cm long.

Nestled up to a hand forged sterling silver Oak leaf this makes a lovely piece for a nature lover.
