Refund policy

I accept returns within 14 days if the item is in new unused condition.  Customer is liable for return postage.

Bespoke commissions are non refundable 

Exempt from any refund are Bespoke, Rings made outside of our standard size range. Any pieces of jewellery that have been altered to a specific customer request.
